If you for any reason have an issue with your order, we are here to make it right.

We accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. 

The reason for the 12 hour limit is because orders are put into the Production Queue almost immediately after an order placed. 


Manufacturing Defects - We take full responsibility. If your products are flawed in any way due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it at no charge! Order remakes are prioritized over regular orders. That means you’ll get your remake in as little as a few days! 

Product Rusting - Our products are made to be 100% Rust-Proof. If your product experiences any rusting, please contact us with pictures to prove the rusting and we will replace it for you, on us.

Shipping/Carrier Issues - For issues that occur after leaving our facility such as Damage in TransitLost in Transit, or Theft, we are proud to partner with Route the leader in package protection and tracking solutions backed by LLOYDs of London Insurance, which is the largest insurance company in the world. 

By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss, or theft. Route is only an extra 1-2% of your total cart value. You heard it right! For only a small 1-2% charge you will be completely insured from any inconveniences that happen from your post shipping experience.

Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 for International Orders) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint. 

Route+  is super quick! Once you file a claim, they review your claim for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours.

Please note: If you do not add Route+ to your order at checkout, your order will not be covered for Damage in Transit, Lost in Transit, or Theft.


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to you.

Returned by Customer - It is best that you contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Not legible - Complaints regarding illegibility are not accepted. We paint our signs with reflective paint which means increased legibility. We always recommend adding Solar Lights under your sign. If your landscaping is very colorful then we recommend adding something white behind the sign.

Size Issue - The sizes listed on our website are 99% accurate. That means you may notice a 1 or 2 inches difference in the final cut. This is very minimal and not noticeable at all. We do not accept refunds for this.

Discount Credit - Discounts cannot be credited after your order is placed. Canceling your order for this reason is not accepted. 


Email FIRST before returning packages with the reason for the return, image of the item(s) you want to return and your order #.

Our customer service representative will assist you in getting a return label to return your shipment to our factory headquarters.

Please keep a copy of your receipt with your return tracking number and immediately send it to with your order #.

Your order will be refunded once tracking states DELIVERED.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Products must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. Otherwise, a refund will not be issued.
